I'd definitely recommend Demon King Chronicle: it's available on the Internet Archive in English after Playism dropped their store. Brilliant RPG. If a way to support the dev ever returns I'd highly recommend it. Katatema's the dev.

Someone I knew in my friend group came out. ....then multiple did after her, over time. I guess I was fine with it beforehand, but didn't have any experience? As a cis? (ace/gay) man, I guess I was primed to at least be aware of trans people, but it never occurred to me to be -negative-.

I survived. In addition to that, I'm finally on a balance of mental health meds that actually help, and I'm making progress on fronts a year ago didn't seem possible.

One of those "the year sucked but was good for me" experiences.
