I was sleeping on these movies, but I bought the Arrow Heisei era box set, and they quickly became my favorite kaiju movies. Happy birthday, big turtle.

I watched Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s Pulse yesterday, and I’m still thinking about it.
I haven’t seen many (if any) techno-horror pictures, but it reminded me of how strange the Internet is and how mysterious the dial-up era was.
