I absolutely identify with this - I found it a real crisis of professional identity when I moved out of a patient facing role. It took a lot of reflection and support from other brilliant nurses to figure it out, that we need the nursing voice in loads of settings! Not just at the bedside! #NurseSky

Really loved being on this panel - I think Liam put us together on purpose knowing we'd be a group who enjoyed being mischievous and provocative and disruptive! Great to talk about empowering the frontline, acknowledging that we are not doing enough. Any thoughts from BlueSky? What should we do?
