Who hung a picture behind a road sign?

At Jay Street and MetroTech Roadway in Downtown Brooklyn
A painting (replica?) of some mountain-lake scenary, with frames, hung on the top of a sign stand that is behind a road sign (it is for Jay St local traffic restriction).

Adding Crystal Light (lemon iced tea packet, which I like) into coconut water (which I dislike) actually tastes pretty good, the coconut taste actually augments the drink mix.

Chili dish, described on menu as "Ground seitan, mixed beans, tomatoes, onions and peppers, garnished with queso, green onions, garlic sautéed corn mix, coriander and lime, served with basmati rice and corn chips." Corn chips can be seen separately on the table. A poiscamole sauce was ordered; it is next to the chili. A water glass and a can of kombucha can be seen in the background.

One recent self-cooked #meal that I liked is rotini #pasta with bell peppers, celery, mushrooms and chicken breast, topped with alfredo sauce and laoganma sauce. The sauces are doing most of the work here: spicy on creamy is... an interesting taste, to be honest. #food
