Caeso is an immortal Roman; he swore he'd never forgive the gods as his lover died in his arms, so Mars turned up and gave him eternity so he could *really* hold a grudge. (Yes, he still does 2,000 years later.) He occasionally takes on vengeance side-jobs, and he's ~very~ into being dominated.

Milos is a dark elf former sex worker who was experimented on by the government, then hired by them. Alex has been in the care of the government since he was a baby 'cos he can walk through walls (but it might kill him). They hated one another on sight, and have been together for years now. 😁

Gabe works in a pub but moonlights as a ghost-hunting YouTuber with his boyfriend, whereas Jude is a freelance/contract programmer who helps out at his friend's café a couple of days a week and has a long-term casual relationship/fwb.

Obviously neither relationship is going all that well. 😜
