🏃‍♂️ I'm running the Berlin Half Marathon 2026 for Sea-Watch.org.

They conduct vital search & rescue operations in the Mediterranean, saving lives when others turn away.

21.1km for me = solidarity with their life-saving mission.

1/4 When I was thinking at the end of the year about what strategy is and how to approach it, Rumelt's book was recommended to me by Matt Weagle and @ruthmalan.bsky.social (Richard Rumelt ‘Good strategy. Bad strategy’). I was hooked by the things that explain what is not strategy.
