19 years I've been making video games. - for a while it took the magic out of the art. The business of games is so brutal it can do that and I was pretty good at the business side.. I haven't enjoyed a game in years.

When it comes to business, I generally prescribe to the "adapt or die, survival of the fittest." However, what's happening in games right now is just greed. Cutting staff and projects all over the industry and also Exec roles being advertised for $1.3m. No Games GM is worth that. NONE.
