Our librarians are surveying the oldest books in the Library Special Collections and have found an intriguing endpaper bound into this 1516 edition of the Decretum Gratiani.

Page of Latin, heavily abbreviated text, probably from the late 15th or early 16th century, annotated in tiny handwriting. The other side of the page of Latin, also annotated in tiny handwriting, discoloured around the edges by the glue that was used to stick it to the wooden board used for binding.
