I’m actually kind of wanting this because that means more of the 💩show will be revealed. I would love for the circuit to take its time so the rest of the motions continue. However, the stress and expense to the defendants outweighs my interest.

What it does do is provide some cover for DOJ/FBI—ongoing cases are not subject to FOIA or other public releases of information. Unless, of course, the Director or his designee or a deputy director for that matter, chooses to provide the information to the media.

I was once one within an institution—an army brat, then a federal law enforcement officer. I no longer trust those institutions, nor does my husband, who was a prosecutor.
