idk i usually try to add a ton of tofu and/or fish; i really dislike beans and alot of the protein rich veggies doing a quick lookup of a few (spinch tasty tho i could use more of that on top of the other greens i usually add)

i just kinda have a really high metabolism and tend to eat light tho

been cooking a ton of vegetarian/pescatarian meals for myself instead of eating out or eating a ton of meat and its been super tasty and making me feel better about eating food

the weight loss im getting from it is a bit worrying tho and i get sick eating meat alot easier than before oops
