Had an amazing time presenting at #Devoxx! The room was packed, with some people sitting on the stairs, if the favorites are anything to go by there were over 300 people in the room. The talk was rated 4.7 out of 5, which for me is amazing, thank you all so much!

In april Microsoft said 30% of their code was written by AI, coinbase is pushing even further with 40% and aiming for 50% by October. Massive numbers, but still in a controlled way (reviewed)

It is quite interesting. For those who do not want to read the full paper; they had a largish project (1m+ lines) and had issues given AI and no-AI status. They measured experienced developer time on the resolving of the issues. Predictions were to have a speed up, result was that it took 19% longer

EU ruling: tracking-based advertising across Europe has no legal basis.

A massive ruling that is effective right away, means that organisations that rely heavily on advertisement (such as dpg/nu.nl in the Netherlands) will have to review and adjust their practices.
