They're going to push DOJ lawyers to misgender and deadname trans parties in court. Of course, judges will push back and then they'll use that to try and disqualify the judge.
NEWS: DOJ is now formally refusing to acknowledge the existence of transgender people in its filings — to the extent of misrepresenting other parties' filings.
This goes further even than DOJ did last week in referring to people as "trans-identifying individuals" in a Supreme Court filing.

Arbitrarily suspending Habeus Corpus is a justified rationale for armed insurrection against a tyrannical president. It's a recipe for civil war. Nothing good comes of this.
This line is catching on among the conservative influencers: unless SCOTUS backs down, Trump will be forced to suspend the constitution and declare the US a dictatorship, and it'll be all their fault.
