Advocate for sortition and the belief that governance should embody the collective voice, shaped by the people and for the people. Dedicated to equity, decentralization, and true representation.
1.) Companies are for profit
2.) Supply and demand (+supply = -price)

With a system with these 2 features, how can we expect companies to be moral?

Farming companies incentive is to destroy crops so the supply stays low, demand stays high and profits go up.

Did you know that democracy was never mentioned once in the founding documents and constitution of the United States?

I don't want freedom, I want autonomy.

I don't want anyone to have the freedom to do anything they want, even if that includes limiting someone else's own freedom.

Autonomy should be our goal, it makes the lines clear. Freedom allows room for ideologies to justify suffering.

Decentralized, community ran platform where decisions, rules and moderation are done via the community with citizen assembly democracy (aka sortition).

This is my vision for my current project. I am treating it as a social experiment. A closed trial will happen in the near future. Updates to come.

I have been struggling to love myself for a long time, but day by day I have been working on it.

Today I feel so happy, I don't even remember the last time I felt like this.

Things are still hard, but being more loving and understanding to myself has been helping me get through my struggles.

There are roughly ~50B birds, 100B-1T reptiles, ~130B mammals, & 3.5T fish...

This abundance shows the Earth has room for diversity. Our problem isn't that there is 8 billion people, but how we manage our resources. Inefficiency & inequality, not population size are humans greatest challenges.

What to you makes a good democracy?

For me it's representation of common people.

Not only can you measure any groups IQ as a unit, but you can predict it.

You would think that the biggest individual quality to determine a groups IQ is individual IQ, but actually it's social intelligence. Followed by cognitive diversity and equal participation.

Makes you wonder...

I learned that bees use deliberative democracy to make any major decision.

When the colony needs a home they will have a sample of bees scout. These scouts will present what they find and express how excited they are. Others will follow to check & by the end out of the many locations 1 is selected.

We the people have always outnumbered the elites in our society, but they have historically out organized us.

In the age of information, we have an extraordinary opportunity to organize like never before. The logistics are hard, but if we figure this out, we can finally see real change.

Half of all modern humans (300k years) were born in the last 2 thousand years.

The average human population for most of humanity was in the single digit millions.

Yet we still hold on to traditional ideas and use similar systems from the past and expect it to work in modern time.

We can speak for ourselves, we don't need other people to speak on your behalf.

Democracy was founded on this principle. Athens used sortition, which relied on population sampling and deliberation to make informed and unbiased choices. Rather than having politicians who only represent themselves...
