@keefeglise @keefeglise On the radio a few days ago, somebody said that nightclubs started to dwindle when pubs were allowed to stay open for longer. Some clubbers decided they may as well just stay in the pub instead.

I think you're right about not drinking as much anymore.

This was the recipe I followed.

I used Soya Milk, reduced the sugar, didn't put slices of apple on top, and mixed in the cinnamon. (Apart from that I followed every word. 😁 )

Apple Muffins. Not bad at all. They were horribly anaemic at their alloted baking time but an extra 5 minutes browned them up nicely.

I'm working through the apples I brought home from the local orchard's open day a couple of weeks ago.

I went for a walk on #crosby beach yesterday with Liverpool #humanists. I had several interesting conversations with a lovely bunch of people as we strolled South down the coast.

One of the party, new to the area, had never seen the Iron Men before. 😀

One of Antony Gormley's Another Place iron men on a sandy beach. It's a life size cast iron man looking out across the sand to the sea. This one has sand nearly up to the top of its legs.
The sky has a cover of thick cloud but with patches of blue.

I decided to give the "lawn" a trim now that #NoMowMay is coming to an end. 🙃

I'm not sure what to do about these Passiflora. It won't be long before they're meeting up with the strawberries coming in the opposite direction!

A rough patch of green grass, moss and clover. The nearest part is a paler colour where it has been mowed. Further away, there are Passiflora vines weaving their way through the grass. There are several large, round, multifaceted purple, yellow and white flowers.

Another part of the same rough patch of grass and moss etc. Several small strawberry plants are growing in runners amidst the grass.

I don't know what "I agree to profiling" means but it looks like a sinister default option when buying a one-off ticket from a football club.
