There are emotion modifiers too. Happy, sad, angry, lustful, teasing, cheeky. I could take your profile avatar and put you in a gown at a 17th century ball. I absolutely will not, without your permission.

I'm a photographer first and foremost. Ai is a tool. All my work is about using or editing reference images. I'm not interested in creating an image from scratch by prompts except for silly things to take the piss. In the old days using a few images to put together was called compositing.

Mine has wrinkles. It has modifiers 'fresh-faced' to remove dark marks or heavy bags. Age ranges. Man of 54, woman of 47, etc. But you can edit bags, wrinkles or scars anyway.

You can input a couple of reference images to work from and tell it how you want to 'paint' it all. You can swap in backgrounds change colours quite seamlessly. That's the essence of image diffusion Ai.

I have also have maybe 450,000 thousand of men too, but not in any image format. It's pure training data. The images are just memories of something it has looked at once many times. Like an art student painting something 'in the style of', but a very good recall. The LLM let's me guide it all.

What my Ai is doing is not interpolation. It's separating the pixels out to make a bigger image, then 'drawing' between them by looking at the entire image & pixel values. It is currently using a model of 500,000 images of women that have been broken down into 'noise' & rebuilt thousands of times

I've a sneaking suspicion she posed nude for Genthe from a high resolution flat bed transparency photo image I've just nicked off the Russians, which back in 1906 was extremely bohemian of her 🙂

I repaired the gaps and ran it through a forensic deblurring filter, then recoloured it, then ran it through my personal upgraded Ai (called Autumn) to figure out the hair and add in skin. This would have been near impossible 5 years ago.

I now know she was called Marion Morse Mackaye. Having repaired this one. It's the same woman, same cloak. Genthe actually named who she was for this which he called 'Spirit of Marion'. 1906.
