Even if they are drug traffickers, they’re low level couriers.
It would seem that the better strategy would be to capture and interrogate them, so we can gain information to how the cartels operate. (1/2)

I note that he’s an auditor with ICE, not a field agent, but he also said “I’m ICE, boys” as if he thought that was a “Get out of jail free” card.
