Not exactly sure why it’s implemented this way, but maybe it offers a bit more flexility for the API consumer.

Yes, what @johnhaney.bsky.social said. originFromAnchorTransform gives you the transform of the planes anchor in world space, and anchorFromExtentTransform is the transform of the actual plane the anchor represents, but WITHIN the anchors coordinate system. Can be a little confusing.

developer.apple.com/documentatio... should give you that I think. So anchor.originFromAnchorTransform × anchor.geometry.extent. anchorFromExtentTransform
anchorFromExtentTransform | Apple Developer Documentation
The transform from the plane extent to the plane anchor’s coordinate system.

Bummer that OcclusionMaterial on visionOS does not receive Grounding Shadows :(

You can also give them a Collision and PhysicsBodyComponent without it having a ModelComponent. Sometimes that’s even better if you don’t require it to participate in rendering.

Isn’t the flow just Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → select app and delete?
Or is this about how to remove associated data from a custom backend?

Let me know how it goes! :)

We are also working on a WebXR-based viewer for Android and Quest devices. It is a project that has grown out of our personal needs and that we use ourselves on a daily basis. There are many cool additions and features planned for the upcoming days, weeks and months. Stay tuned!

Experiences can be shared instantly using App Clips, bypassing the need to download the app from the App Store while offering native performance. Scenery is available for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS. With the editor currently available on Mac and iPad.

Gave up on using it in the simulator. I rather use the non-AR mode on Mac (Catalyst) or iPad if I want to test without AR.
