I just watched reanimator for the first time this weekend and I fucked with it so so heavy. so there’s some major bias there, but I felt like I had to put it.

Had some insane lower back pain for like a week or two last year. Doing these like 3-5 times a day helped it get better over time. And putting a heating pad on it here and there in between helped ease the pain until then.
