That's a great way to put it. Similar to how I feel about Godot vs Unity; I'm much more forgiving of Godot's shortcomings because I have faith they will eventually be addressed, but companies are just purposely making UX worse for money, so I assume it's all downhill from here until proven otherwise

nothing impressive, just an autogen multimesh tool with a few tweakable settings so far, but it's fun to play with :)
I'd love to make a fleshed-out lightweight alternative to other placement plugins, but that's a lot of work for a tired little guy like me who is already doing lots of tool dev
