It's me, no not Cathy, I've come home. More old than cold but that changes with the seasons.

This, that and the other.
So now you all ticked that option when you created you account (which they own by the way, then they can indeed use those images. Because they own them. Case thrown out right there.

*sigh* I always thought it was stupid uploading images to the net on your favourite social media app. If you read the fine print (and this has been there for decades), you lose the right to own the image as they pay the cost for hosting and storing it. Also they are not liable if they lose them.

Well... It was going to be cherry. Ironically. one of the issues when growing the pie - not all ingredients are the same and so the after taste is inedible. Bigger pie. Just no one can keep any of it down.

You misunderstand. I have pointed this out before. Ownership means what you own, you can sell. Thats point one. Two. Copyright laws protect the CREATIVE process. That part in an individuals existence is their parents. So they own your face. Like the song "Let it be" does not own itself.

Oh and this is not a copyright issue. You can only copyright a creative element. If that is the case, your parents own your face since they created you. Further you voice was a result of your education. Now your teachers have a stake.

Then there are the legal issues. "When you say you own your voice, what is it you are owning? Sound waves? Can you own a wave that is also a particle in its own right?". See the problem yet?

What if you had a twin? Who owns the face now?
