When you need plausible deniability for everything you do, you're probably doing something wrong. Also, as a president, I don't think "I don't know" is very acceptable when you're the final decision maker. The follow up should be a deeply concerned "so you're not kept informed on these missions???"

By treating them with respect and kindness, you're not only helping to gum up the system but you're also not feeding into the exploitative nature of call centers (where the goal is largely for customers to vent their anger on agents and then give up their concerns). Reserve anger for CEO's.

It's important to also remember that call center agents (customer support in general) exists to be a meat shield between those with decision-making power and customers with complaints. It's easy for corporate to ignore issues when they don't hear them directly. Agents are used as punching bags.

PP would have given Trump everything he wanted and gone full speed ahead with ALL O&G desires. The Liberals are at least better than what we would have had otherwise. If we want change, we need a new party with a solid plan and to then get out and door knock for them.

He's doing some things well... like making new trade alliances and strengthening allied climate agreements. He appears to be falling short in others--mainly intranational issues. Still, we're trying to evaluate a political chess game with half the board obscured. Tough to know the full picture.
