NSW Parliament has put the brakes on a rushed plan to limit long-term mental health care for seriously injured workers. Our pressure made an impact — but the fight’s not over.

Contact your local MP today, and let them know that you oppose any changes to workers comp: bit.ly/WorkersCompE...

Today, ASMOF members Michelle and Mitch, stood up against the abhorrent changes to workers compensation proposed by the NSW Treasurer, Daniel Mookhey.

ASMOF joined loads of other unions to send a clear message to Mookhey: You don’t fix workers compensation by cutting it!

While we welcome this apology from the Premier and Health Minister, we still believe these claims were a deliberate and malicious attack on doctors aimed at destroying their credibility and undermining the legitimacy of the doctors’ strike.

The Government is on notice. Best to check your facts 😘

Doctors in NSW are taking action to ensure patients can access safe and quality care in NSW public hospitals.

Without enough doctors we can't provide safe and timely care for you and your family.

Right now our hospitals are in crisis. And as doctors we must take a stand.
