So the Trump admin now labels government funded support for abortion, DEI, trans issues, etc. as human rights abuses.
If SCOTUS rules IEEPA doesn’t let Trump impose tariffs, could he just issue an EO citing human rights now and invoke Trade Act 1974 Sections 301 or 232 to continue tariffs?

(3/4) We're witnessing the weaponization of a once useful system the US helped build. The State Dept's Human Rights Reports are being stripped of categories documenting attacks on peaceful assembly in China, torturous prisons in El Salvador, among others, & will be used as harassment tools instead.

Earlier this year, Trump told the Fed to pay attention to ADP's private-sector jobs numbers.
But it's clear from those numbers that the problem isn't high Fed rates, which were higher in Biden's last 8 months than Trump's first 8.
The problem is Trump's reckless tariff policy.
