It’s changed so drastically. I keep trying to tell my colleagues the old educational paradigm is cooked.

A lot of professors aren’t built for this because many don’t have pedagogy training and have fortunate to get engaged students. They’re experiencing what secondary educators have seen for years

much bigger disease revolving around education.

It’s disheartening because it doesn’t have to be this way. It’s all by design and at this rate, I can see universities hanging on by a thread in under a decade no more than two.

I’ll manage. I thought about it though.
