@remember2labelnsfw.bsky.social seeks to solve that! It's a labeler that hides media from accounts that regularly forget to/flat out skip labelling nsfw content as such.
How to report a post to the labeller for automated review: "Report Post" > "Unwanted Sexual Content" > "Remember to Label your NSFW :)". (alternatively, you can report an entire account with reason "other") Posts by users who are chronically forgetting/skipping labeling nsfw content as nsfw will have posts hidden like this, once they have the label.
