…the hours I spent looking at this VHS art. The richness, the light, the realism. It wasn’t until decades later that I realized the same artist was responsible for so much of the imagery of my childhood. Drew Struzan was singular. I’m grateful for the work he left us.

Will never get over how much of the MONSTER SQUAD script is pulled directly out of NIGHT OF THE CREEPS. Of course, since I saw MONSTER SQUAD first and 10x more, it feels the other way around. Brought to you by watching MONSTER SQUAD the other day and NIGHT OF THE CREEPS tonight.
