Russia has changed its tactics when attacking Ukraine’s power infrastructure.

Previously, Russia was launching massive nationwide strikes on energy facilities & now they strike more selectively.

Protective structures have proven to be effective.
However, the work is still ongoing.

The Russians cynically dropped an aerial bomb (like FAB-250) on the Ioan Pochaivsky church in Kostiantynivka—
Head of the MBA.

Moreover, at the moment of the strike, there were civilians in the church, so unfortunately, 2 people died & 4 more were injured.
