Overnight bread this is bread for everyone no knead and ready to go in oven in morning. Crusty white country loaves. It doesnt always have to be sourdough. This is fantastic bread all homemade 4 ingredient no sugar no preservatives

It is a bagel 🥯 kind of day. Starting my week off right and restocking my freezer.
If you truly love Bagels making them at home really means you have the BEST Bagels to eat unless you are lucky enough to live next door to Bagel bakery.

Batch of Bagels just in time for the weekend 16 Bagels a dozen for freezer and 4 left out for immediate consumption.
I love to make these at home they are Multi step but so worth the effort.

Whether you call this Chicken soup for the soul - chicken noodle soup or Jewish penicillin. This whole free range chicken cooked in slow cooker for 6 hours turned into soup with chicken legs and thighs shredded and egg fettuccine it really does soothe the soul. And breast meat for additional meal.

Waffles again - but they are so easy.
I made batter the night before and I have got the hang of the waffle maker now too. With strawberries this good at $2 a punnet do we even need to explain?

Yep i caved impulse buy Multi snack maker.
Cooked for 10 mins as I like mine a but more golden. With strawberries in season perfect time to try this. They are delicious

Sauces are on red sauce on low for 2hrs and Meat sauce needs 8-10hrs in slow cooker. Meat sauce is which is what my Sicilian Mother in law accurately called it. As this is not bolognese it's not from Bologna.
Red sauce is passata, tomatoes soffrito garlic and herbs.

2 of the same Gourmet Vegetarian- eggplant capsicum mushroom olives spring onion pizza cheese , Boccocini and fresh basil. 3rd pizza - Caramalised onion, pizza cheese Boccocini and feta so 5 cheeses. Yummmmmm

I think IKEA may have mistaken me for an engineer or a member of a formula one constructors team.
Is this carpentry meets engineering construction?
I might be out of my depth.
I just wanted a cupboard with a drawer and some shelves.... OK I think I am going to do this in daylight AFTER coffee.

Chicken roasted on base of red capsicum, whole garlic cloves, 2 red onions 3lemons cut into slices olive oil salt & oregano. chicken covered in olive oil seasalt flakes & Spanish sweet smoked paprika
Potato wedges and simple green leaves.

Eggplant are delicious got mine for $3.99 per kilo. 3 medium cut into cubes.
1 for capponata red capsicum, red onion olives capers tomato paste + 1 can tomatoes 6 cloves garlic salt dried olive oil then baked. 2 cubed salt olive oil and organo. I use plain in pasta norma recipe or as pizza topping.
