Stripe or Wise are alternatives but they'll require you to have a registered business. If you don't but is dealing with people you trust, direct bank transfers could also be an option but can be costly for the sender if it's international transfers.

To ANYONE still using Paypal and have money in your "wallet" : get your money ASAP and switch to an operator that just transfer money to your own bank account. IMHO Paypal is a scam and should be treated as a such. Tell your friends and ask your artists to pay with ANYTHING ELSE !
