we had a pancake decorating contest at work and I SOMEHOW won with this (it looked better before the sauces melted😭)

decided to take myself on a walk on my lunch break and found a nice tree to sit by and eat my salad :) just sitting in the sunshine for 30 minutes has made me feel astronomically better ☀️

I made a courgette lasagne, around 350cals per 1/4! I haven't tried it yet because I made it as a meal prep for the week and im super excited to try it 😋

I ordered a stick and poke tattoo kit the other day, I've been practising some designs whilst I wait for it to arrive

getting my steps in on a weekday is unheard of for me because I work an office job, but its finally light enough outside that I can go for a walk after work!

I went for a walk on my lunch break too since the sun was out 🌞

I had the nicest walk today, and I got smiles from 5 strangers! (I'm trying a new thing where I actively smile at strangers when I'm walking and it makes me so happy)
