i don't think I'm talking about thoughts necessarily. I'm referring to the patterns that make us physically and/or mentally unique. given sufficient time and dynamism between this and other worlds somewhere, could the same patterns reoccur(more or less)? and could shared consciousness arise between?

i cannot refute any of what you've said here. however on the matter of principles and relations, insofar as our distinctiveness boils down to complex(but reconizable) patterns, is it possible that we somehow possess some immortality through those where they repeat or merge, as patterns do in nature?
