Btw it didn’t work for blood draws. Because seeing my own blood in the little tubes makes me feel sick.., but it doesn’t really register to me as fear? Idk man but I just close my eyes 😂

When I was actually 12 I feel like I suppressed my fear of needles by deciding to be more annoyed by it.
I don’t know what it says about me that I decided to have an emotion but it worked 😂 now it’s like “lady always fucking poking me with sticks damnnn” instead of. “Oh nooooo”
