Banning people from referring to positions by number, like "he's a 6 but is playing as an 8", other than referring to centre forwards as a number 9.

He is used to managing in the championship with the best squad of players. There he can get away with letting the players get on with it (most of the time).

I would have sacked him after the playoff final. Another game he got badly wrong. Losing 3 times to Russel Martin should be reason enough .

The one thing I don't see in Farke is exceeding expectations. Yes we won the league with 100 points but we had the best squad. It would have been more if he'd dropped Meslier sooner. We need someone capable of getting more than expected out of a squad of players.

Exactly. You'd like to think that we have people at the club capable of identifying a competent manager. The draw of managing in the prem should enable us to attract someone who is capable of tactics that don't involve just aimless sideways passing.

They have to go for someone in a job. There must be some options- managing in the prem must be a big draw. I refuse to accept that a better manager can't get more out of this squad.

I'm getting tired of the let down by the recruitment line that Farke himself started peddling. It doesn't make you leave James on the bench, play really defensively or wait until 70+ minutes to change anything.

They would have been terrified to lose to us today. Get at them early , put them under some pressure and make them panic. We made it far too easy for them.

If we attacked them we may have still lost but at least we would have tried to win. This sitting back and waiting until we go behind to attack is utter garbage.
