It's not OK. But we either pump loads more cash into the criminal justice system, or we accept delays will get worse as case numbers rise
Justice delayed = justice denied
Not ideal but with cash tight I'd rather it went on NHS or child poverty

I've got the start of osteo on my left hip joint. But I'm a bit older, isn't painful, just aches a bit in the night sometimes and wakes me up.
My dad was injecting steroids into his thigh once a month to control his, worked well, plenty of options once they've pinned it down.
