Reading this Amicus Brief is NOT clearing anything up! The speech in question isn't 'general' and 'untargeted', unless I truly do not understand the legal usage of those terms. This isn't about children debating whether trans people exist, or saying "I think being transgender is wrong."

Esther Ghey's actions are the reason I just had a conversation with my siblings and fiancee, instructing them to ban my parents from any future funeral or memorial in my honour, along with anyone else using any kind of rationalisation to deadname me.
Brianna Ghey was not murdered for being Esther Ghey's daughter, and Esther locating the problem of her daughter being murdered by radicalised cis kids in her daughter being trans is a result of her class loyalty. She simply wants to prevent kids from being trans. She gets no more grace from me.
