The shore detachment of the mud navy is pretty much done. Gonna put some tuft grass on, matte coat them, then paint on some gloss varnish on the liquid mud of their bases. Yes, that flag is just a piece of paper towel. I'll run them as Wigmakers #turnip28 #miniatures

Got a nice picture of a Spider Wasp on my front door. It's carrying the paralyzed and legless body of a Yellow Sac spider. Spider Wasps have mean stings and are aggressive. Yellow Sac spiders have a mean bite and like to come indoors. Anyhow, trump and musk are fighting.

Bicornes and Tricornes, are for scoundrels and scrubs. A decent Mud Navy Admiral isn't going to grace the field with anything less than a Quadcorne. WIP for my frog #turnip28 cult.

Working on a turnip concept - Wigmakers but all frogs. I'm sort of aesthetically falling somewhere between peaky blinders and frog and toad. Anyhow, black powder rootlings are too cool to not do something weird with. 3d pieces from Duncan Shadow, Wargames Atlantic, and a mess of homemade. #turnip28

Yet another advantage of a #potter wife - she made me some lovely little bowl/palettes. There are holes in the side for brush storage (bristles in water but at an angle to preserve shape) and to allow partial pouring out without tipping all the paint out. So cute! #miniatures #painting

I just caught this big ol Bold Jumper (Phidippus audax) in my garage. If my camera was better I'd get a pic of the shiny blue-green chelicerae. Quite a handsome little jumping spider! Trying to decide where the best place to let it go would be.

OPR Firefight Gangs of Eden - Security Patrol. I'll be bringing this pack of jerks to a Notcromunda game on Sunday. The heroes have an ability that makes enemies take a morale check or I can move them 6", which is peak cop, yelling "DISPERSE" to make people get out of cover so I can shoot them.
