I love how you said "them"! Her vet did a home visit, and said she'd never seen a living funeral for a dog. It was gorgeous & heartbreaking. I live in 🇨🇦 they're all in 🇦🇺. I spent only 2 months in person with Ivy & was looking forward to snuggles during my Jan'26 trip before diagnosis.

Sister's baby was helped to sleep last week: 5 yo, osteosarcoma. After a life of a rigid diet tailored for an active Wolfhound, her funeral party had her fave peeps all bring her treats - chicken wings, steak, an ice cream cone, you name it. She thought she'd died & gone to heaven. Then she did.

This question isn't rhetorical: Why did 🇺🇸 take an international observation of peace & turn it into uniquely USian "Veterans Day?" Also, why couldn't they have chosen any of 364 other days allowing Remembrance Day to retain its integrity?
