In case you’re wondering why Pete Hegseth is freaking out about a congressional video reminding the military not to participate in illegal orders:
To put a finer point on this whole thing: "Two people with direct knowledge of the operation" — presumably uniformed military leaders — are accusing the U.S. Secretary of Defense of personally ordering specific war crimes. That's a historic accusation.

To be clear, this isn't a "four-day work week" because if your fifth day is for marking and prep, you're still working a five-day week - *at least,* because you'd still probably be putting-in extra hours/days anyway during report card season, and possibly more often.

Trying to maintain the illusion of unity in a governing Alberta provincial conservative party has always been an uphill battle, with its uneasy coalition of libertarians and businessmen. I think (I hope) a line has been crossed.
I would say that Kenney brought the leopards into the house, they ate his face, and Smith thought she could tame them and avoid the same fate, but now they're licking their chops in her direction.
Room in the same tent? Shouldn't you be asking what it means now that the UCP is fundamentally a separatist party? Smith encouraged the leopards and they ate her face.
