The crack was enough for Faye to feel in make contact with her cheek. The plastic cracked slightly, causing Faye to reach over to the lightsaber, gabbing it. She could feel the urge to shift. Her hand curled tightly around the saber, the claws wanting to fully shift through.

Jacey barely has time to block before she moves. Faye is moving so quickly she thinks she's aiming for her side when she swings again, and all she hears is the deafening crack of plastic meeting skin.
Her reflexes pick up on the lunge, dodging the hit of the plastic. Aiming for the other’s shoulder. Her own adrenaline hit. She began to feel her own pulse in her neck.
