it looks like the majority of them have a bolt pistol and a chainsword, although a few have been mixed with other kits so you could really just call them whatever, power weapon etc. the one with the banner is an icon bearer. if you take a look online you might be able to match weapons

in terms of painting them, you can paint them any colours you like. black and gold is the "black legion" faction

there's a chaos cultist kill team but it requires a couple specialists, rules as written. you could do a legionaries kill team with the chaos space marines. rules are free on the kill team app, operative selection tells you what models you need. mostly kill team cares about wargear, their guns etc

mixture of chaos cultists and chaos space marines. the chunkier guys with the backpacks are space marines, the more ragtag ones with less armour are cultists

recently swapped out my scalpel to a new blade from a different manufacturer and it hasn't dulled nearly as fast as they usually do, resulting in three separate hand stabbing incidents in about a month
