Gary Megson night at Hockley Social Club, on May 28.
Gary is always good value - not just about his time with #WBA, but his managerial career, and playing for the likes of Jack Charlton, Howards Kendall and Wilkinson, and, of course *not* playing for Brian Clough..

A decent view of the football in Wrexham. Two distinct styles with Stevenage playing the better football and deservedly winning them tonight. Wrexhams football, best description; industrial, long balls predominate.

Something a bit different tonight; Wrexham v Stevenage

@chrislepkowski.bsky.social have you listed to this series? It’s quite haunting and a difficult listen with some of the destruction heaped upon the Poles. You’ll probably be aware of it all, but just in case.
🔫HITLER'S WAR ON POLAND: COUNTDOWN TO ARMAGGEADON🔫

🇵🇱Casting aside all his promises from Munich, Hitler takes the ultimate step of summoning President of Czechoslovakia and tells him his country is being liquidated. His eye then falls on Poland. But how will he strike?

To know the man you need to know the whole story.
Here's my deep dive into the life of Tony Mowbray, an inspirational character we welcome back with open arms at WBA.
I've tried to cover every base.
Leaders are born not made.

Gluten-Free Banana Bread
I am a woman of my word, and I promised a gluten-free banana bread. Here, finally, it is. I took my time with it, because I wanted to get it right. I’m not interested in anything that is ‘good for glu...

As worried as I am about Mowbray relapsing, I’m seriously not worried about his ability to manage our club. Of all the candidates available to us, I do think he’s far stronger than most of the others available and to be honest I can’t think of one better to step in after Carlos #wba

The Football Governance Bill, which would establish the Independent Football Regulator, and govern the distribution of revenue received by organisers of football competitions, reaches its final committee stage in the Lords tomorrow. Seems to have dropped off the radar, that one

So it seems we have another storm hitting us, barely 10 days since the last one. I wonder what name this one has😞.

I enjoyed the result tonight, Grants (MOTM) goal was outstanding!
Coventry gave us more problems than Sheffield, but Sheffield were clinical in their finishing whilst Cov were poor.
It feels great after a win! #wba

Thinking about yesterday (and previous matches), is an 80% Maja going to be more effective than a 100% Wallace?
This season, have we actually made a substitution that’s actually contributed in an attacking sense once they’ve come on? #wba

There’s a bizarre inflexibility with the way we play, in around the 88th minute we’ve been forced back, have a deep throw in, everyone comes back deep, not one forward stays by the half way line for a quick counter. We have the ball, look up no one’s there, we’re forced backwards 🤦‍♂️
