Being able to understand pieces of media after you experience them. Like difficulty of reading milestones you start as a kid with simple stuff, maybe a couple of toy ads with fun messaging, and eventually as an adult you're ready to see the torture nexus is bad.

Personally I don't like how most vampire romance media involves the non-immortal part of the pair being groomed. It sucks to have this amazingly constructed story with intrigue and fun... and then the immortal says something that dates them really hard. I just cant get the gap out of my head.

So like- the trailer shows stuff from the kids entering sburb. No trolls really in sight, so given how homestuck is nonlinear, we're going to have to wait until the kids are close to ending their session of the game and unstuck themselves to get to the more iconic music
