There’s a burger place near here (Blake’s) that does a milkshake with a piece of pie blended into it. And it’s seasonal - over the summer, it’s cherry pie, then apple pie, and right now pumpkin pie.

Many layers - you want to be able to add/subtract as needed during the race as the weather changes. Also, I usually try to be a little cold at race start, because I’ll warm up as I run. Have fun! 🦃🏃♀️

My Dad's family goes to the beach everyone year for a big get together, and the tap water is not great. One aunt bought a bunch of good water to make formula for some babies, and a different aunt used that water to make Kool-Aid for the older kids. They fought about that for 40 years until one died.
