nothing like finishing another reread of The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire. truly

if you haven’t read this book, read it. even if you don’t like Star Wars. it is timely and relevant and I cannot recommend it enough.

I have read it three times this year alone, and it hits harder each time

Re: Covid vax ban, they have backed down before in the face of pushback on medical issues. This requires outcry from the public and electeds. Use @5calls.org and @resist.bot to contact your reps. Here is a script. I'm focusing on "most vulnerable" as those move the narrative the easiest.

The GOP antivax agenda is now considering the complete banning of covid vaccines. These life-saving vaccines protect our most vulnerable against a disease that we still do not totally understand. Seniors, immunocompromised, and disabled people will die without them. I urge you to publicly fight back against this move. The very lives of your constituents are in play, and the administration has shown that they will back down with enough pushback. Please speak loudly on this, your voice is needed.
