Yeah I try to talk about it a lil or at least be open about the how and why when it's public. Being a bit isolated right now means I'm using this place to deal at times which isn't healthy. But to be clear, I feel totally fine

Super grateful for folks who reach out or are just patient. It can be alarming at times, and it's a constant process learning new and better ways to deal with it. And for folks that know my circumstances the last few years, there's an understanding of why it's been extra difficult. So thank you all.
