1) If Hegseth ordered troops to "kill everybody" in that barbaric second strike, he should be arrested.

2) If Admiral Bradley followed what he damn well knew was an illegal order from Hegseth, he should be removed from duty, and court-martialed.

3) If Trump does nothing, he is a war criminal.

That’s rich coming from the architect. McConnell is just as responsible as Trump. He thought he could still control Trump and the senators, but he got older and Trump got bolder.

If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

I’ve never been a “defund the police” type of guy. I believe that police are necessary, despite their flaws.

But ICE is different. I am 100% behind ending their existence and prosecuting every single one of them.

ICE must go. End of discussion.

Trump is not subtle. But he won’t be direct, giving thin cover to his supporters that don’t want to admit that he (and they) are blatantly racist.
Mark Kelly: "This president, when he says things like 'third world countries,' what is he really saying? I think what he's saying is he doesn't want brown people in our country. And that's disturbing. It's un-American."

I’m wondering how we would react if American boats in international waters were blown up by anyone for unsubstantiated reasons.

US - it’s time to join ICC.

Exactly right. Start with the person pushing the button to fire the ordnance. Who gave him the order? And move on to that person’s superior, and so on.

The great thing about the military is that there is a clear chain of command and every directive, every order starts somewhere.
Someone (almost certainly multiple people) in the US Navy's chain-of-command clearly committed murder as defined by both international law and US military code. Was it Trump? Was it Hegseth? Admiral Frank Bradley? Subordinates? Do not let this go.

In case you were wondering how stupid and evil you’d have to be to marry Stephen Miller, just watch this
Stephen Miller’s Wife @katiemiller : “Can you cite the statute that makes the boat bombings illegal?”

@bakarisellers.bsky.social : “The due process
clause in the constitution.”

Exactly.

You have the choice between investing significant time and money to establish manufacturing operations in the US or bide time until Trump’s senility can no longer be denied (includes simply reversing himself) or he dies. The former won’t pay for itself before the latter happens.
"No one's going to build a factory based on a tariff that's on on Monday, off on... Tuesday, the president's changed his mind by Wednesday, he gets hormonal by Thursday and someone says something nasty in the middle school cafeteria on Friday and they're back on again."
