6/10 Welfare reform must also return to its original purpose: helping people rebuild their lives and move back into work. A humane system should empower people, not trap them in complexity, stigma and delay. Early intervention is essential.

5/10 We need genuine innovation in prevention and rehabilitation, and practical collaboration with the private sector to expand capacity and cut waiting lists. Not ideological outsourcing, but partnership that strengthens the NHS.

4/10 The NHS cannot remain sustainable without real reform. Too much of the system has been shaped almost exclusively around elderly care. Younger people facing serious mental health conditions &over-50s with obesity & musculoskeletal disorders cannot be left behind.
