Really enjoying this book by @emmaspan.bsky.social. It was a gift from my wife who was quite unimpressed as it’s obviously second hand(at least!). A little bit of research reveals it’s actually come from the Metropolitan Correctional Centre which, I think, lends it even more cred. #baseball

Nice race tonight on #zwift. Dropped a race point but felt I held my own against much stronger riders. For the first 15km anyway! #vegancyclist

I’ve been really struggling with elbow issues and general poor performance. So I made a few tweaks to my seat position and handlebar angle and flew round this. Felt great for such a tough route. #zwift #vegan #vegancyclist

7+ years vegan without a Chinese takeaway. Today we took the bold step for a 90 minute round trip to wawin in York. Can’t fault it… other than the fact that I really have not missed that ‘false-full’ feeling. #Vegan #Veganfood
