I like some of the Vionic knock-offs like Litfun orthopedic slippers. They have OK arch support and easily adjust for width. Machine wash, air dry.

It’s hard enough to lose something meaningful you purchased or were given as a gift, but to have something you created snatched away must be so much worse.
