Everyone should take a beat. There's a lot that would have to happen before there would be a pipeline. I don't see how they will be able to find a proponent, esp. given the political/environmental backlash.

It's a procurement document, written to the specifications of the purchase they have already decided they want to make. IMO, buying F35's would be a *huge* mistake, because the US could pull the plug on parts and support any damn time they want, and the current administration has shown they would.

So someone in question period should mention this when PP insists Canada is at the bottom of the G20 for everything which they always do. Every day.
